This cozy holiday home on Hardangerfjord is located near Rosendal. The house is located just a few meters from the fjord with beautiful views of the Wassser. The house is modern and friendly, has a large living area with a sofa, a dining area and an open kitchen. Two bedrooms with double bed and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet are in the back of the house. From the terrace you have a clear view over the fjord to the island Eidsvikøy.

Your holiday home is a good starting point for many activities. Climb the local mountains of Rosendal, the Malmangernuten and the Melderskin. But a good condition is required.

The great 20 hp motor boat with helm is located a few meters away at a Schwimmkai, which is very comfortable for getting in.

The barony in Rosendal is worth seeing. The park and the rose garden are well maintained and two cafes invite you to linger.

A novelty is the Folgefonn Information Center. Here you will learn all about Folgefonna National Park and life on and in the Hardangerfjord. A visit is highly recommended.
