With this holiday property, a 25 HP motorboat belonging to the house is at your disposal approx. 30 meters away. This boat can be used by the tenant of the apartment at any time. For those who need a larger boat, there is the possibility of renting a 70 hp rental boat with echo sounder on a weekly basis.

This area offers you a wonderful mountain landscape, water and nature with countless sights and historical monuments. The barony in Rosendal is a very special cultural asset. The surrounding mountains and valleys invite you to go hiking in untouched nature. You will not only be rewarded with a view, but also with blueberries, raspberries and mushrooms.
